Dipping Sauce For Fried Fish
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 dsh Tabasco sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, Tabasco, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Taste the sauce for seasoning and chill till needed.
- This recipe yields about 1 c..
- Comments: This sauce is especially suited for fried fish, as the "Deep South Fish Fry," but would also be tasty as a dip for poached or possibly fried shrimp.
