Dinaing na Bangus (Milkfish)
Ingredients
- 1 whole milkfish (bangus), cleaned & sliced butterfly cut
- Marinade:
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 head garlic, crushed
- cooking oil for frying
Directions
- Combine marinade. Mix.
- Arrange bangus in a container or ziploc bag.
- Pour marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Turn at least once.
- Fry until brown.
- Serve with tomatoes and or salted egg and plain rice or fried rice.
