Diabetic's Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 baked & cooled 9" pie shell
- 2 sm. pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth. Use plain canned pumpkin. Don't use canned pumpkin pie mix. Pour into pie shell and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
