Deviled Eggs With Olives
Ingredients
- 4 x Hard cooked Large eggs, halved lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Prepared mustard
- 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped, stuffed, pitted green olives Olive slices for garnish
Directions
- Remove yolks from Large eggs. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in chopped olives.
- Stuff egg whites with yolk mix, using piping bag or possibly spoon. Top each mound with olive slice.
