Ingredients

  • 4 x Hard cooked Large eggs, halved lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Prepared mustard
  • 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped, stuffed, pitted green olives Olive slices for garnish

Directions

  1. Remove yolks from Large eggs. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in chopped olives.
  2. Stuff egg whites with yolk mix, using piping bag or possibly spoon. Top each mound with olive slice.
