    Delicious Jello Salad

    This is a beautiful and delicious salad that my Mom made for church gatherings especially at Easter time. It's also very easy and cheap to make and the kiddos can even help! It's still one of my favorites to make even today.

    Ingredients

    • 1 can crushed pineapple
    • 1 large carton cottage cheese small curd
    • 1 box orange Jello
    • 1 carton cool whip
    • 1 bag colored mini marshmallows

    Directions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, Pour the dry Jello and cottage cheese and mix until the Jello is completely mixed in.
    2. Add the can of Pineapple with the juice and mix in with the cottage cheese and jello mixture and stir well.
    3. Fold in the carton of cool whip until mixed well then add the marshmallows and fold them in
    4. Chill at least 4 hours covered
