    Ingredients

    • 1 lb Extra lean grnd beef
    • 1/4 lb Sausage
    • 1/4 c. Dark beer
    • 1 x Egg
    • 2 slc Bread torn in soft crumbs
    • 1 x Onion minced
    • 3 Tbsp. Parsley minced
    • 1/2 tsp Grnd black pepper Few drops worcestershire sauce Toabasco sauce

    Directions

    1. Preparation Time: 8:00 Combine all ingredients and gently shape into a round loaf. Place on a trivet in crockpot. Cover and cook on low, about 7 to 8 hrs. Serve with tomato sauce or possibly chilli sauce. Refrigerateleftovers and slice for sandwiches the next day.
    2. Most soups and stews can be prepared in a crock pot. Just decrease the liquid ingredients (not as much liquid will evaporate from a closed slow-cooker) and let it rip for 6 or possibly more hrs.
