A dark chocolate cookie with peanut butter undertones swirled with chocolate chips. Delightfully fluffy and dense.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup butter
    • 3/4 cup peanut butter (I used natural creamy peanut butter)
    • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2/3 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 12 oz dark chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F,
    2. 2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Once the butter and sugar are well combined, stir in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, fold in the peanut butter chips.
    3. 3. Drop cookies using a medium sized cookie scoop (or making 2 TBSP sized balls with your hands) onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper or a silpat.
    4. 4. Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Cool on wire racks.
