Dairy & Gluten FREE NO BAKE COOKIES!! No refined sugar as well ;-)
Here we go...another FIND and experiment for my baby's TS diet :) ENJOY! They are FAB! Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup Granulated maple sugar
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk or rice milk
- 1/2 cup of Best Life butter
- 4 tbl unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 cups Gluten free oats
- 1 tea of vanilla
- Couple dashes of salt to taste
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk,butter, and cocoa. Bring to boil and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in almond butter, oats, vanilla and dashes of salt to taste. Drop on waxed paper and refridgerate till hardened
