Cucumber Raita with Coriander Mint Chutney | Raita recipes | Dosakaya Perugu Pachadi

Raita is a dip where different veggies are mixed in yogurt and flavored with some spices. The recipe i am sharing today is the basic Cucumber raita with Coriander mint chutney. Its a great side for any spiced rice dishes, Pulav, Biryani, and for chapathi.

Combine the above ingredients with some water and grind to a smooth paste. The consistency of the chutney should be little thick.

    Procedure:

Finely chop the cucumber, onion and tomato and place them in a bowl. Add the coriander mint chutney, yogurt and salt. Mix well and the raita is ready to be served,
