Cubed Steak With Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cubed steaks
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown steaks on both sides in small amount of oil. Meanwhile, saute/fry in butter the green pepper and onion. Pour over the steak. Season with salt and pepper. Add in mushroom soup and water. Cover; simmer slowly for about 1 hour.
