Crustless Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
Directions
- Layer bacon and cheese in bottom of quiche dish (or possibly 9-inch pie plate). Beat Large eggs together with flour and pepper, set aside. Using temperature probe, heat lowfat milk to 180 degrees. Slowly pour heated lowfat milk into Large eggs, beating constantly. Pour lowfat milk mix over cheese mix in dish. Using Turn Tray, microwave 13 to 15 min on SLOW COOK-3. Let stand 5 min before serving.
