Crunchy Top Ham And Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. green onion
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine all casserole ingredients and mix well. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Combine topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
