  • Crunchy Chicken Tenders

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup plus 1 tbsp. mayo or miracle whip, divided
    • 2 tsp. onion flakes
    • 2 tsp. dry mustard
    • 1 cup butter cracker crumbs
    • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
    • 8 oz. chicken tenders
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 chopped onion
    • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
    • 3/4 tsp. seasoning salt
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a baking sheet.
    2. Combine 2/3 cup of mayo or miracle whip, onion flakes and dry mustard in a shallow bowl and mix well. Combine the cracker crumbs and sesame seeds in a shallow bowl and mix well.
    3. Dip chicken in mayo mixture, then coat with cracker crumb mixture.
    4. Arrange chicken on greased baking sheet. Bake the chicken until juices run clear, about 15 minutes.
    5. Combine remaining mayo or miracle whip, sour cream, chopped onion, parsley, season salt and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix well. Serve with the chicken tenders.
    6. Honey Mustard Dip: 1/4 cup honey, and 2 tbsp. yellow mustard.
