  • Asian Chicken Tenders

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 lb Fat-free chicken tenders
    • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
    • 1 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
    • 3/4 c. Low-sodium soy sauce
    • 3/4 c. Brown sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13-inch baking dish or possibly roasting dish with nonfat cooking spray. Arrange chicken tenders in dish in a single layer. Sprinkle chicken with garlic and onion pwdr. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar and mix till blended smooth. Pour mix over chicken; turn chicken so it is well coated on both sides.
    2. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator 20 to 30 min.
    3. Remove plastic and bake in preheated oven 15 min; remove from oven and turn chicken tenders with fork or possibly tongs. Bake 15 or possibly 20 min, till browned and cooked through.
    4. Serves: 4
