Asian Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Fat-free chicken tenders
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 3/4 c. Low-sodium soy sauce
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13-inch baking dish or possibly roasting dish with nonfat cooking spray. Arrange chicken tenders in dish in a single layer. Sprinkle chicken with garlic and onion pwdr. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar and mix till blended smooth. Pour mix over chicken; turn chicken so it is well coated on both sides.
- Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator 20 to 30 min.
- Remove plastic and bake in preheated oven 15 min; remove from oven and turn chicken tenders with fork or possibly tongs. Bake 15 or possibly 20 min, till browned and cooked through.
