Ingredients
- 7/8 c. water (for Welbilt\Dak machines add in 2TBL)
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter (I sub applesauce)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 c. finely grated carrots
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds (I omit)
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
