Crockpot Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 1 x 16 ounce pkg frzn whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1 x 10 ounce pkg frzn sliced okra, thawed
- 1 x 10 ounce pkg baby lima beans, thawed
- 1 med onion, diced
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 x 5.5 ounce cans V-8 vegetable juice, (no salt added)
- 2 x 14.5 ounce cans Cajun-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable broth concentrate, (Knorr makes some)
- 1 tsp warm sauce
- 1 tsp vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a 5-qt crockpot. Cook, covered, on high for 5 to 6 hrs.
