Crockpot Barbecued Turkey Legs
Ingredients
- 4 x turkey drumsticks
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1/2 tsp hickory smoke
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
Directions
- Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper. Place in a crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the turkey. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hrs.
- If the turkey legs are small, serve one thigh or possibly one drumstick per person; if large, slice off the meat and serve with sauce.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
