Crock Pot Italian Chicken Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 sm cabbage cut in wedges
- 1 x onion sliced
- 1 c. canned mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 x broiler or possibly fryer chicken cut up, and frzn
- 1 c. meatless spaghetti sauce Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a 3 1/2- to 6-qt crockery cooker place cabbage wedges, onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle tapioca over vegetables. Place frzn chicken pcs atop vegetables. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Cover; cook on LOW-heat setting for 10 to 12 hrs.
- Transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
