Crock Pot Corn Pudding
Excellent to take to covered dish affairs. Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
Directions
- Spray pot with non-stick spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour in crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs.
- You can cook on high 4 hrs, it gives you a crisp ring around outside.
