Crock Pot Continental Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 pkt dry beef
- 8 x chicken breast halves without skin boned
- 8 slc bacon
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup undiluted
Directions
- On bottom of greased crock-pot, arrange dry beef. Wrap each piece of chicken with a strip of bacon and lay on top of dry beef.
- In a small bowl, blend lowfat sour cream and flour, add in soup and mix thoroughly.
- Pour mix over chicken. Cover and cook on low, 8 to 10 hrs (or possibly 3 to 5 hrs on high heat). Serve over warm noodles.
