Ingredients

  • 1 pkt dry beef
  • 8 x chicken breast halves without skin boned
  • 8 slc bacon
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup undiluted

Directions

  1. On bottom of greased crock-pot, arrange dry beef. Wrap each piece of chicken with a strip of bacon and lay on top of dry beef.
  2. In a small bowl, blend lowfat sour cream and flour, add in soup and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour mix over chicken. Cover and cook on low, 8 to 10 hrs (or possibly 3 to 5 hrs on high heat). Serve over warm noodles.
