Crock Pot Beef Roast
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. roast beef or possibly round steak
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 c. water
Directions
- Place meat in slow cooking pot. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hrs.
- If you like, add in small peeled potatoes and carrots. Sauce can be thickened with 2 Tbsp. flour dissolved in
