Crock Pot Beef Roast
Ingredients
- 3-4 pound beef roast
- 2 cans French onion soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 can water
- 3-4 med. potatoes
- 2-3 med. red onions
- 1 c. carrot strips
Directions
- Roll roast in flour and brown both sides in fry pan (use veg. oil). Place in crock pot and cover with soups and water. Peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Add in to crock pot. Cover and let cook all day.
