Crock Pot Beans
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 med. onions
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 (16 ounce.) can green lima beans
- 1 (16 ounce.) can dark red kidney beans
- 1 (28 ounce.) can pork & beans
- 2 (15 ounce.) cans Great Northern beans
Directions
- Fry bacon till crisp. Remove from pan and crumble. Add in onions, mustard, sugar, garlic, vinegar, and salt to bacon drippings. Cover and simmer for 20 min. Drain all beans, except pork & beans, and place all beans in crock pot. Add in bacon and bacon drippings sauce to beans in crock pot. Mix well and cook for 2 hrs on medium.
