  • Crispy Fish Fillets

    Ingredients

    • 1 Kg. Fish fillet (Cream Dory)
    • Salt and Pepper
    • 1/2 cup Butter
    • 1 piece Lemon
    • 1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
    • 6 cloves Garlic, minced finely
    • Cooking Oil for Pan Searing

    Directions

    1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and dip in Japanese bread crumbs.
    2. Sear in medium hot oil for about 2 minutes per side, or depending on the thickness of the fish. Set on a serving platter.
    3. In a separate pan, melt the butter and add half of the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper and just slightly heat up. Remove from heat.
    4. Pour the sauce in a mason jar (garapon) with a tight lid, and shake vigorously, or if available, put in a blender to mix thoroughly to become creamy.
    5. Drizzle the sauce on top of the fish. Serve.
