Creole Shrimp Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoons pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. celery, finely minced
- 2 Tablespoons horseradish, grated
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and serve over shrimp in cocktail glasses.
- Serve with crisp crackers and lettuce salad if you like.
