Creamy Tahini Dressing
- 1 3/4 cups cooked or canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1T tahini
- 2t balsamic
- 1t low sodium soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- Put in blender or processor and process till smooth.
- For thinner add water, 1T at a time.
- put in cruet or small jar and seal tightly.
- Shake well before using.
- Stored in fridge, will keep for 5 days
- If you use cooked beans may add salt.
