Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups cooked or canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1T tahini
  • 2t balsamic
  • 1t low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  1. Put in blender or processor and process till smooth.
  2. For thinner add water, 1T at a time.
  3. put in cruet or small jar and seal tightly.
  4. Shake well before using.
  5. Stored in fridge, will keep for 5 days
  6. If you use cooked beans may add salt.
