  • Creamy Taco Dip

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounce Fat-free cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 c. Nonfat lowfat sour cream
    • 1/2 c. Taco sauce
    • 1 tsp Grnd cumin
    • 15 ounce Fat-free refried beans
    • 1 c. Lettuce, shredded
    • 1 c. Fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 med Tomato, diced
    • 1/4 c. Ripe olives, minced
    • 1/4 c. Green chiles, minced Baked tortilla chips

    Directions

    1. Enjoy these.
    2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and lowfat sour cream till smooth. Stir in taco sauce and cumin; set aside. Spread the refried beans over the bottom of a serving platter or possibly 13" X 9" X 2" dish. Spread cream cheese mix over the beans, leaving about 1" uncovered around the edges. Top with layers of lettuce, cheese tomato, olives and chilies. Serve with tortilla chips.
    3. Serving Size: 1/4 c.
    4. NOTES : You'll know this snack is a hit at your next gathering when you come home with an empty pan.
