Creamy Pork Tenderloin With Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin - (to 2 lbs)
- 1 sm cabbage head coarsely minced
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 env stroganoff seasoning
- 1 env mushroom gravy
- 1 can 98% less fat cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp caraway seed Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 c. frzn green beans - (to 2 c.)
- 1/3 c. half-and-half
Directions
- Cut pork into 1-inch cubes; place in 3 1/2-qt or possibly larger crockpot. Add in onion and cabbage. Combine stroganoff mix, gravy mix, soup, water, caraway seed and pepper together; pour over pork mix and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hrs. About 30 min before serving, turn to HIGH and add in frzn green beans. Add in half and half just before serving.
- Delicious over noodles or possibly served with biscuits.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
