Creamy Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef round steak, cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 t. parsley flakes
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 6 oz. velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
Directions
- Cook meat in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Add next 5 ingredients and cook 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in Velveeta. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
