    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt (small) lime jello
    • 3 ounce Cream cheese
    • 1 can (small) crushed pineapple
    • 1 c. Whipped cream
    • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
    • 1 c. Marshmallow Fluff

    Directions

    1. Mix together cream cheese and crushed pineapple; set aside. Mix together 1 box lime jello, 1 c. warm water and 1 c. Marshmallow Fluff; stir till fluff is almost completely dissolved. Add in cream cheese and pineapple mix; stir well. Pour into mold. When mix is partially set, mix together whipped cream and pecans; blend into mold. Allow mix to set.
    2. Helpful Hint: When removing from mold, place mold in hot water for approximately 2 min. Then invert and remove.
