Creamy Caramel Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 c. Lowfat milk (cool)
- 1 pkt (3.4 ounce) Instant Vanilla pudding mix Fresh Fruit (assorted)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar till smooth. Add in the lowfat sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, lowfat milk and pudding mix, beating well after each addition.
- Cover and refrigeratefor at least 1 hour.
