    Creamy Banana Pudding

    I've been making this for 20+ years. It's always a favorite at every function.

    Ingredients

    • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 1/2 cups cold water
    • 5.1 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
    • 1 12 oz box vanilla wafers
    • 3 large bananas, sliced
    • 1/4 cup sugar

    Directions

    1. In large bowl combine milk and water.
    2. Add pudding and mix well.
    3. Chill 5 minutes.
    4. Mix whipping cream with sugar.
    5. Fold into pudding mixture.
    6. In large bowl or dish (mine was about 11"x7") add 1/4 of the wafers, 1/3 of the bananas and 1/3 of the pudding mixture.
    7. Repeat layers 2 more times and top with a final layer of wafers.
    8. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
