Creamed Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 can cream-style corn - (17 ounce ea)
- 1 c. Original Minute Rice
- 1 x egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
