Cream Style Corn Hot Dish
Ingredients
- 2 pound grnd beef
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream style corn
- Season to taste with pepper, salt, garlic salt
- 4 to 5 sliced medium potatoes
Directions
- Brown grnd beef, drain.
- Add in onion and seasoning, cook for 5 min. Fold in cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and cream style corn with the grnd beef.
- Put a layer of meat mix in bottom of casserole dish then layer of sliced potatoes. Continue layering till meat and potatoes are used.
- Bake 2 hrs at 350 degrees.
