Cream Of Wheat Dumplings
Ingredients
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Cream of Wheat
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. flour
Directions
- Cook lowfat milk to boiling point, then add in Cream of Wheat, butter and salt. Let cold. Then beat in Large eggs, mix well, add in flour and beat well. Drop by tsp. into boiling soup, cook approximately 10 min.
