cream of broccoli
Ingredients
- 4 bags cream soup base
- gallon water
- 10 lbs frozen broccoli floretts
- white pepper to taste
- 3 lbs 1/4" diced onions
Directions
- In a large bowl, ship cream base and wwater - add seasonings.
- Steam off broccoli.
- Add broccoli to cream mixture them steam to 140 F.
- Serve
