Chicken Broccoli Vegetable Saute
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 4 x Chicken breasts, meat only
- 1 c. Cutup broccoli
- 1/2 c. Thinly sliced carrots
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 10 3/4 ounce Cream of broccoli soup
Directions
- 1. In a skillet over medium heat, in 1 tbsp margaine, cook chicken 10 min or possibly till browned on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and keep hot.
- 2. In the same skillet, in the remaining margarine, cook the broccoli and carrots for 5 min. Stir in soup, lowfat milk and pepper. Heat to boiling.
- 3. Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 min or possibly till chicken is fork tender. Garnish with lemon slices.
- Makes 4 servings.
