Cream Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8 med potatoes peeled, quartered
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 lb butter garlic salt cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Cook potatoes without salt till tender. Mash potatoes, add in cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and butter and flavor with garlic salt. Put into buttered casserole dish. Grate a little cheese on top. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. This may be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated overnight.
