Cream Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 1/2 c. Minced Maraschino Cherries
- 1/2 c. Minced Nuts
Directions
- Cream together cream cheese, butter, and sugar. Add in vanilla and Large eggs. Add in 2 c. flour and the baking pwdr. Toss remaining flour over cherries and nuts and add in to cake mix. Bake at 325F degrees in greased tube pan for 1 hour and 15 or possibly till toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
