Crappie casserole
Your going to love this!!! Ingredients
- 1 bag of crappie (about 16 filets)
- 1/2 lb. of fresh or imitation crab
- 1-10 oz. Portobello sliced mushrooms
- 1 can of cream of shrimp soup
- 1 box of traditional stuffing or you can make your own
Directions
- Pan sear crappie in butter and put in 8x8 dishes
- Pan sear mushrooms and put on top of crappie
- Prepare stuffing according to box and add crab meat
- Put on top of mushrooms
- Pour cream of shrimp soup on top
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min
