Cranberry Pineapple Frozen Salad
Ingredients
- 15 ounce Crushed pineapple liquid removed
- 15 ounce Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 8 ounce Cold Whip Free thawed
- 4 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Walnuts minced
Directions
- Drain pineapple well. Mix with cranberry sauce and lemon juice. Pour into 8x8-inch square pyrex dish. Put in fridge and allow to hard up.
- Mix Cold Whip with powdered sugar and spread over top of cranberry mix.
- Top with minced walnuts. Wrap tightly with foil and freeze.
- Let stand at room temperature for a few min before slicing into 2 inch squares.
- NOTES : These are two recipes which I have made for tomorrow's feast. I just tasted the Pineapple-Cranberry Frzn Salad, and it's awesome.
