Cranberry Pineapple Frozen Salad

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce Crushed pineapple liquid removed
  • 15 ounce Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 8 ounce Cold Whip Free thawed
  • 4 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Walnuts minced

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple well. Mix with cranberry sauce and lemon juice. Pour into 8x8-inch square pyrex dish. Put in fridge and allow to hard up.
  2. Mix Cold Whip with powdered sugar and spread over top of cranberry mix.
  3. Top with minced walnuts. Wrap tightly with foil and freeze.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for a few min before slicing into 2 inch squares.
  5. NOTES : These are two recipes which I have made for tomorrow's feast. I just tasted the Pineapple-Cranberry Frzn Salad, and it's awesome.
