  • Cranberry Mold

    Ingredients

    • 1 c. cool water
    • 1 1/2 - 2 c. combination of mandarin orange sections, nuts, cranberry orange relish (1/2 c. only)
    • 1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
    • 1 1/2 - 2 c. combination of nuts, diced apples, celery & whole cranberry sauce (1/2 c. only)
    • 1 1/2 c. cool water
    • 1 1/2 c. combination of diced peaches, halved green grapes & nuts

    Directions

    1. To make the following molds, add in appropriate ingredients as listed below: 2 c. boiling water 1/4 T cinnamon and/or 1/8 teaspoon nutmegDissolve Jello in water. Add in cold liquid. Pour 3/4 cup into 4 or possibly 5 cup mold. Refrigerate both gelatin in mold and gelatin in bowl. When mold is partially set around the edges, arrange some fruit in a pattern on gelatin and gently press into gelatin, almost to bottom of mold. Return to refrigerator. When thickened (1 to 1 1/2 hrs) fold into remaining ingredients. Spoon into mold. Refrigerate till hard. Unmold according to package directions.
