This recipe comes from the 2005 Cook's Country Holiday Menu
- 1 large sweet apple, cored, peeled and chopped coarse
- 1 (12 oz) bag of cranberries
- 1 whole orange cut into quarters (including rind)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- pinch salt
- Pulse all ingredients in the food processor until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Refridgerate for 1-2 days for flavors to develop.
