Crab Spinach Souffle
Ingredients
- 1 pkt (12-ounce) Stouffer's spinach souffle, thawed
- 2 lb Small curd cottage cheese
- 6 Tbsp. Flour
- 6 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1/2 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated or possibly cut in small pcs
- 1 can (6-ounce) crabmeat
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 9x13 baking dish for 1 hour at 350 .
- Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
