Ingredients
- 1 POUND FRESH BACKFIN CRABMEAT
- 1/2 SMALL RED ONION, DICED FINE
- 1 STALK CELERY
- JUICE OF 1 LEMON
- 1 ROUNDED TABLESPOON GREY POUPON MUSTARD
- 1 TABLESPOON SOUR CREAM
- 2 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
- GROUND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
- OLD BAY SEASONING TO TASTE
Directions
- INSPECT CRABMEAT, REMOVING ANY SHELL.
- MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
- POUR OVER CRAB AND MIX GENTLY.
- SERVE AS SALAD ON BED OF LETTUCE OR TO
- STUFF A TOMATO OR AS AN APPETIZER ON CRACKERS.
