Crab And Corn Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 c. Corn
- 2 x Cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. Crab
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 x Green onions minced
Directions
- Blend 1/2 c corn, garlic, worcestershire sauce, mustard and egg in blender till smooth. Add in remaining corn, crab, onions and sufficient flour to make thick mix. Fry in skillet. To make low-fat and high fiber, use 2 egg whites instead of whole egg and substitute oat flakes for flour.
